P&G has a special interest in offer you a part time, fulltime and/or Internship programs for students in the last three year at the university. An internship within P&G Venezuela will give you an excellent grounding in what P&G is all about. You'll participate in an on-boarding session offering a basic introduction to P&G, and then take up a role in a specific project group for your chosen area of our business. You'll be given real responsibility, on meaningful projects with targets on which you will be assessed. We will guide and coach you, but you'll be expected to show plenty of initiative after all, we're depending on your bright ideas. This is your opportunity to gain real work experience. We want you to know what it's really like-the good and the bad.
