Mfg Manufacturing Senior Quality Assurance Manager — United States

P&G Quality Assurance contributes to consumer delight and loyalty by ensuring the quality of products from development through manufacturing and into distribution. This role entails Quality Assurance leadership for establishing and maintaining compliance and capability necessary for implementing and monitoring quality systems, procedures, standards, etc. at P&G.
This role entails Quality Assurance project management, leading a mid-size team to ensure P&G's standards are met across a broad range of categories & brands. This person is expected to anticipate & address outages and articulately communicate these to upper management & a multi-dimensional team.
P&G's core Quality Assurance Skill areas are:
o Quality Auditing

o Quality Compliance

o Quality Investigation

o Quality Laboratory

o Microbiology

o Quality Systems

o Validation

Qualifications

· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a field of Engineering, Science or other QA related fields
· Must have proven capability of maintaining QA compliance & anticipating QA outages in a manufacturing environment
· 5-7 years leading a mid-size team focused in the field of Quality Assurance
· 5-7 years in two or more of the following technical areas:
o Quality Auditing
o Quality Compliance
o Quality Investigation
o Quality Laboratory
o Microbiology
o Quality Systems
o Validation
· Must be willing to travel
