- Knowledge of regulatory agency expectations and associated inspection and enforcement practices gained through auditing experience or qualification. Ideal candidate would have previous experience working as FDA Auditor.
- Demonstrated expertise in the assessment of and development/implementation of Quality Assurance systems in a variety of businesses and settings.
- At least 5-7 years with QA systems including QAC/key elements, product quality measures, quality incident system, shelf quality measures, consumer comments, and validation.
- Strong leadership and relationship skills to work across all levels of the organization, as well as the ability to represent P&G and our standard/expectations outside of the Company.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (written and oral) across multiple geographies to accurately and concisely describe quality/compliance outages and influence the successful resolution of any significant issue.
- Basic knowledge of statistics as they apply to sampling plans and process control.
- Ability to build broader QA capability across the Company by leading training in all areas of expertise.
- Candidate must be willing and able to travel (~50%).
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a field of Engineering, Science or other related QA fields.
