Job description:
- Develop annual capability development master plan
- Develop new initiatives training to support new product launch
- Design new approach to better build beauty counselor's capability
- Coach & develop trainer capability to be able to train beauty counselor on her own
- Follow up on capability development master plan to ensure that we deliver all programs as planned
- In-field audit to ensure quality of beauty counselor
- Work collaboratively with team and agency to improve beauty counselor's capability
