This role belongs to the Global/Regional Education function. Technical hairdressing skills and experience are a prerequisite.

We need people who have:

1. Knowledge of regulatory agency expectations and associated inspection and enforcement practices gained through auditing experience or qualification. Ideal candidate would have previous experience working as FDA auditor.
2. Demonstrated expertise in the assessment of and development/implementation of Quality Assurance systems in a variety of businesses and settings.
3. At least 5-10 years experience with QA systems including QAC/key elements, product quality measures, quality incident system, shelf quality measures, consumer comments, and validation.
4. Strong leadership and relationship skills to work across all levels of the organization, as well as the ability to represent P&G and our standard/expectations outside of the Company.
5. Must be able to effectively communicate in English (written and oral) across multiple geographies to accurately and concisely describe quality/compliance outages and influence the successful resolution of any significant issue.
6. Basic knowledge of statistics as they apply to sampling plans and process control.
7. Ability to build broader QA capability across the Company by leading training in areas of expertise.

• Understands theory and functions of key PC&IS technologies and specific platforms at the Site: HMI (Wonderware Archestra, AB Panelview 1000), Drives (AB Powerflex VFD, AB K6K servos), Control Panel Layout (clean power layout, components (fuse, disconnects….), various I/O (solenoids, temperature, humidity, proximity, ultrasonic, valves), PLC programming (AB Logix 5000), Database Servers (SQL), Tuning principles for various loops (temperature, torque, velocity, position), Power systems (breaker/fuse tripping sequencing, short circuit current analysis, power factor, preventative maintenance schedule & scope).
• At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Understands the key manufacturing performance metrics (Breakdowns, Process Failures, etc.) of PC&IS Technology and how these are measured. Knows safety requirements that are relevant to making or packing electrical design. Understands the basics of Quality Control.
• Understands what PC&IS changes are required in order to deliver a modification / initiative.
• Can identify key internal and external PC&IS resources from local or international vendors. Understands OEM's performance relative to spare parts, training, startup etc. Knows the preferred and/or global technology equipment standards and the installed base for each region. Understands the impact of manufacturing equipment readiness standards on PC&IS design.
• Assist trouble shooting Utility Equipment, such as Dehumilitifier, Air Compressor, Chiller, HVAC, Dust Control, Gasket systems. Understands basics of IT network, such as WAN, LAN, VLAN, wireless AP's.
