The Supply Network Business Game will give you the opportunity to:
- Hear and learn from our experts how P&G Supply Network works
- Try it through an interactive business simulation game
- Challenge yourself to analyze, to innovate, to lead, to share, to consult, to learn, to collaborate
- Meet with young P&G Supply Network associates
HOW to participate:
- Fill in the online application till March 11, 2011.
- To participate in the business game you will need to pass online questionnaire (Success Drivers Assessment) and Reasoning Test till March, 29 2012.
- If you are selected to participate we will send you an invitation and pre-reading materials.
- After the program you will get a chance to be interviewed to get a full-time work or internship in P&G.
- For those who do not live in Moscow P&G will cover travel expenses.

What we do:
The mission of the Supply Network team in P&G is to satisfy our consumers' needs by ensuring that all P&G products are available in the right place at the right time - and at the right quality and cost.
We start with raw/pack material supply to Retailer's products managing the whole supply chain network ensuring the right level of availability and inventory for our customers. We have integrated all the activities of the supply chain to create a more efficient, more cost-effective system.
To succeed in Supply Network Operations one needs to have strong analytical capabilities, creativity, ability to operate with discipline and excellent social skills.
What we can offer you:
- Students have a chance to experience through 2-4 months internship projects how it is to work with us. They can start either at the plants or at our general operations offices.
- Our usual hires are fresh graduates and young specialists. Joining our Supply Network Operations team they start with one of the divisions (e.g. Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing or Customer Service) and develop as Supply Network Leaders or become Functional experts, who keep us at the leading edge of inventory & order management, logistics and distributors' development.
