Registration Specialist is a key role in External Relations Department responsible for registration (e.g. the state registration) and mandatory or voluntary compliance (e.g. certification, declaration or voluntary certification) of P&G products. The job is wide in scope and will involve close partnership with internal P&G colleagues (Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D Teams) and external partners (e.g. regulatory authorities, certification agencies, etc).

Manage, shape and leverage a positive external environment to build and protect the business and reputation of P&G and its brands. This will be achieved through building and maintaining relationship with regulatory authorities and professionals, timely obtaining of registration (state registration and/or certificate/declaration of compliance) of P&G products. You will ensure P&G internal alignment on registration timings and conditions, prepare application files for registration, follow up the registation process. You will be personally responsible for critical decisions in products registration area.
