Procter & Gamble (P&G) is offering a unique opportunity for top Engineering students who are graduating between December 2012 and June 2013 to visit and encounter the excitement and challenge of Engineering at P&G. TETRE (Top Engineering Talent Recruiting Event) is a week long program that will take place in August 2012 during which you will experience firsthand how engineers are helping drive the company business.
At TETRE you will experience the full spectrum of how P&G leverages engineering skills to:
  • Drive Research & Development of upstream Innovation;
  • Convert ideas and concepts into reality in a fast-paced production world;
  • Design and build P&G's production systems, considered world-class in our industry;
  • Design sustainable supply chain models that influence and drive the business model choices of our retail partners in the Consumer Products industry.
You will have the opportunity to meet with some of Procter & Gamble's top leadership, participate in cutting edge technology exercises, and experience real business problem solving, and you could leave this event with an offer to work full time at Procter & Gamble upon graduation!
This year the TETRE event will be focusing on Top Engineering Talent seeking or interested in Automation/Control Systems Engineering.
The TETRE event will take place the week of August 13, 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio. All expenses for this event are paid by P&G.
There are full time roles available at our various plants & technical centers in the following countries: China and India. To be considered you must have long-term work authorization in either China or India.

At P&G, Product Supply engineers have the technical curiosity and knowledge to develop new approaches to big problems by analyzing, designing, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing process technologies, systems, and facilities. Intern/Co-op projects are intended to give you a chance to make a meaningful contribution to the business, while supporting your academic training with work which will allow for creativity, innovation, and teamwork. Some potential entry-level positions include Packing Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, and other related positions.
Positions are located at our technical centers in Cincinnati, OH, Boston, MA, and other plant sites across North America. They may require travel to vendor and manufacturing locations
