The Customer Service/Logistics organization ensures our products reach retail customers on time, in the right quantity and in perfect condition. This includes supply chain planning, logistics projects with customers and suppliers, and managing P&G warehousing and transportation operations. Your career will begin either as a) a Market Planning Manager, responsible for supply chain planning of one or several of our businesses, b) a Customer Team Logistics Manager responsible for improving the supply change process of one of P&G's customers working in conjunction with a Customer Business Devlopment (CBD) Team, c) a Distribution Services Team Leader working in P&G physical distribution system responsibille for transportation, warehousing and cross border activities in one of AAI countries or d) an Order Management Team Leader responsible for order acquistion and process. You will be given increased levels of responsibility based on demonstated capability to produce outstanding results. Your professional growth will be supported by our strong training program and your hands-on experience in your job.
Within a short period of 'training on the job' coupled with coaching and national/international seminars, you will be take on more responsibility in P&G's supply chain management. You will work as an integral part of a multifunctional business team and you will be the supply chain expert for your business in this team. Breakthrough results in product availability, inventory management and costs are key focus areas of your work.
