As we deliver productivity projects currently underway in our Charmin, Bounty, and Puffs converting departments we are taking applications for interim employees to fill our temporary staffing gaps.

Interim employees who are hired into the Green Bay site are expected to perform the tasks and use the skills required below.

- Reliability - able to consistently report to work as scheduled

- The ability to work at heights and to climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipment
for the purpose of operating, maintaining and troubleshooting

- The ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.

- The ability to push and pull objects requiring up to 50 pounds of force

- Use basic hand tools such as wrenches, screw drivers, pliers, hammers, etc..

- Read and comprehend high school level material.

- The ability to operate/learn to operate a computer keyboard to input and access data

- The ability to correctly interpret gauges, dials, written operating instructions and safety warnings.

Interim employees must have the ability to work rotating shifts, including some weekends. We expect the work schedule to be 7-day, 12-hour rotating shifts but may include some 5 day. Rate of pay will be $15.38/hour with overtime for hours worked over 40 hrs/week. No vacation time will be granted, and interim employees will NOT be eligible for any other benefits (i.e. - holiday pay, personal holidays, insurance, profit sharing, etc.) This temporary employment is not a pipeline to full-time employment and will end prior to working 1000 hours within one year of hire date.
