You are a student: come and live a P&G business experience!

· Your manager will be there to help, advise you and ensure the training program is good.

As a Sales Representative Trainee, you will work as a partner with all your stylist customers to jointly develop the P&G business.
All our training offers are pre hire offers and they are competitively paid.
Business:
You will be in charge of partnering with approximately 100 customers and further developing your portfolio.
You like challenges and are interested in becoming a true ambassador of our Company and our products on the field.
You will:
· Manage your sales area.
· Sell our products and develop the P&G Salon Professional business.
· Contribute to the development of our Stylist Brands.
· Conduct analyses to further develop your sales area (e.g. potential new customers), design & implement your action plan.
· Train and counsel your stylist customers.
Communication:
The communication between you and your manager, you and your colleagues, you and the customer teams, you and the marketing teams is best in class.
Environment:
P&G acquired Wella in 2003 to create P&G Salon Professional and become the first Hair Care Company worldwide. Our brands are used by Stylists / Hairdressers. Our product portfolio ranges from technical hair color & hair care products to shampoos.
Sales are at the core of our Business to meet our stylist customers' needs thanks to our brands, which are known worldwide: Sebastian, System Professional and Wella Professional.
· As a trainee, you are integrated in the team as any other new employee with a full training program: you will learn communication and selling skills, the management of a customer portfolio, the analysis and priority settings.
· You are part of a P&G professional team
· You are managed by a unit manager who will train you

Qualifications

6 months minimum, ideally 9 months - "année de césure" will be an asset:
· Trainee with a convention in 2nd or 3rd year in a business school or BAC+5.
· You have a good command of English and the Office package.
· As of day 1, through P&G selling skills learning sessions and daily through your manager, you will have all the tools to be successful.
· From 1300€ /mois, depending length (1600€/month for longer than 9 months). We offer you keys to succeed: a company car, professional expenses are fully reimbursed.
