An internship at a P&G site in Europe (10 weeks - 12 months) offers you the opportunity to have full responsibility on a project from day 1 supported by coaching and on-the-job training of your supervisor as well as class room training. Being a member of our Human Resources team, you are responsible for creating the context, the tools and the systems which enable all our people to be at their very best.
Through your excellent collaboration and influencing skills you will help develop, motivate and reward our people. In order to lead projects you will have to think creatively and at the same time be result oriented. You will have responsibilities in one of the following areas: training, diversity, recruitment, organization effectiveness, employee and labor relations or compensation and benefits.
Successful completion of the internship will lead to a permanent position in our HR Organization.
Typical projects would be
· Analyzing European student organizations, including recommendations for collaboration
· External benchmarking of HR development systems and presentation to the Senior HR Management
· Deployment and adoption of the global training plan to the region
