Dans un contexte fortement dynamique en terme de projets et d'augmentation de volume de production, vous veillerez à ce que la qualité de nos produits reste optimale en étant en charge par exemple de :

- la mise en place d'indicateurs qualité

- la réalisation d'audits qualité

- du support à la production en termes de validation d'équipement, de process, …

- l'investigation des « hors standards » et la mise en place d'un plan d'action

- la participation à des ateliers de travail au sein d'une équipe multifonctionnelle

- coacher et former sur le terrain les équipes de production

- animation de réunions journalières concernant la production ainsi que la participation à d'autres réunions : prévision de production, maintenance préventive, …

- développement de Team Leaders (techniciens responsables d'équipe de production)

- la mise en place d'outils de systématisation de la maintenance

- la mise en place d'études, proposition de simplification, de standardisation (5S, …)

Description

Dans un contexte où le besoin de customization et de réduction des stocks devient primordial pour nos clients, il est nécessaire de repenser nos process. Vous réaliserez ainsi des projets concrets au sein d'équipes multifonctionnelles en contact direct avec nos fournisseurs, la production et les sièges sociaux européens, permettant une gestion plus efficace de l'outil de production et une meilleure organisation du process.

Nous vous proposons notamment de mener des projets d'amélioration continue de divers processus opérationnels :

- planning d'approvisionnement, de production ou de distribution

- gestion du niveau de stocks / réduction des inventaires

- optimisation d'une supply chain, intégration de nouveaux produits

- optimisation des process de réception, navettage, chargement, …

Qualifications
