The Key Account Technical Trainer will partner with sales to drive NOS through the education and Go-to-Market Strategies of P&G Professional Care Exclusive Line brands, products and services within an assigned geographical territory. The trainer will be responsible for conducting educational seminars and events as directed by the Education Associate Manager.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and Ensure Success of New Initiatives - Lead trainings and launch new material to existing and new salon customers.

• Execute Trainings and Events - Ensuring success of all major events, activities, and conversions in their assigned geographical area. Organize and conduct education activities to generate sales of P&G Professional Care Exclusive Line brands.

• Collaborate with External Partners - Build positive working relationships with assigned accounts to ensure future growth of P&G Professional Care Exclusive Line business. Support and partner with sales in creating customer loyalty and new customer acquisition.

• Attend National / Divisional Meetings - Attend national and divisional company meetings to learn about promotions and activities, development of new technical and sales techniques, and new product introductions.

• Reporting - Maintain activity reports, expense reports, itineraries or any other miscellaneous or requested written reports.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• Mastery in technical skills relating to the professional beauty industry including color application, cutting, finishing, and permanents.
• Strong presentation skills
• Professional and fashionable image
• Ability to energize, engage and enable customers / salons when conducting seminars and trainings.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Minimum 3 years salon experience
• Minimum 2 years demonstrating, teaching or presentation experience preferred
• Valid Cosmetology license within the state of residence
• Valid drivers license, vehicle proof of insurance, and ability to drive and travel long distances for extended periods
