-Bachelor Degree is required.
-Position requires an ability to work independently. Must be able to lead the Records Service efforts at the Site level. Must be proficient in both oral and written communication.
-Position has high internal client exposure requiring candidate to have excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to conduct a reference interview to ensure client gets the information he/she needs is important.
-Candidate must be able to prioritize work, resolve issues, complete assignments, and meet deadlines.
-Candidate must be highly detail-oriented and maintain high accuracy standards. Position requires individual to index regulated documents in accordance with structured categories and specific technical terms with great accuracy.
-Candidate must be interested in operation of complex databases and building/executing queries.
-Candidate must be interested in operation of complex databases and building/executing queries to find information. Previous in-depth experience in Access and/or other databases is preferred.
Strong computer skills are required, particularly in database programs (e.g., Sharepoint), MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF and Outlook. Passion to learn the new technology and system is preferred.
