Students participating in SuccessWay Co-op Program must:
- Successfully complete an application and interviews.
- Participate in a structured cooperative educational/work program between P&G and a college/university, and be enrolled as a Co-op student in an accredited degree program directly related to skills required by the Company.
- Completion of the degree under which student enters the program. Minimum degree requirement: Associates.
- Have a 2.5/4.0 GPA at the time they apply and consistently maintain that GPA throughout the program.
- Commit to work two 20 week full time assignments. Timing of the training assignments will be left up to the student. Timing for the full-time employment will be upon successful completion of the two 20 week assignments and the students' graduation.
- Co-op sessions are considered temporary employment, with a predicted ending point. No full-time employment commitments are made; however, depending on satisfactory completion of certain criteria, and upon graduation, candidates may be considered for full-time positions where external target exists.
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, ability to work with little supervision, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work well with others, take initiative, handle confidential information in a discreet manner, and are a team player.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
