You will be a member of a Brand Group either working on a well-established brand or, you may be assigned to a new brand just completing national expansion. You will have your own responsibilities from your first day on the job and work on issues important to the brand's success in the marketplace.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing a sampling program;

· creating, designing and executing a promotion event; or

· doing a cost benefit analysis to determine the optimal size and color lineup for your brand.

As Intern, you will have the opportunity to join this function leading a small project managing the schedule, the interaction with a multifunctional team and eventually with external partners with full accountability for project success and contribution.

Your job responsibilities will be defined through the scope of your internship project. You will be required to:

· Proactively search for improved ways to run business processes and/or applications

· Manage your own time effectively and eventually coordinate others and/or contractors

· Build collaborative relationships with the multifunctional team you need to interact with

· Proactively communicate the status of the project, activities and help to remove roadblocks

· Build your own capability through the job experience, coaching/training for skills and business/technologies/applications knowledge building.

During the internship (2 months up to 1 year placement) you will be assigned a tutor to coach you during the entire duration of the project, a training plan to enable you to succeed and you'll have daily access to experienced colleagues for mentoring and coaching.

Internship location can either be in headquarters/general offices or a plant.

An internship at a P&G site in Europe offers you the opportunity to have full responsibility on a project from day 1 supported by coaching and on-the-job training of your supervisor as well as class room training. Being a member of our Human Resources team, you are responsible for creating the context, the tools and the systems which enable all our people to be at their very best.

Through your excellent collaboration and influencing skills you will help develop, motivate and reward our people. In order to lead projects you will have to think creatively and at the same time be result oriented. You will have responsibilities in one of the following areas: training, diversity, recruitment, organization effectiveness, employee and labor relations or compensation and benefits.

Successful completion of the internship will lead to a permanent position in our HR Organization.

Please note that if there is no position available at the time you are supposed to start your career at P&G we can propose you to start in a different country from the one you applied to.

Typical projects would be:

· Analyzing of European student organizations, incl. recommendation for collaboration

· External benchmarking of HR development systems and presentation to the Senior HR Management

· Deployment and adoption of the global training plan to the region
