We use a highly collaborative approach that works within multi-functional teams, is intuitive, and helps bring emotion and the consumer experience to the innovation process. Our designers and design managers come from a variety of disciplines including graphic design, fine arts, industrial design, interior design, fashion design, architecture, brand strategy, and trend analysis. A degree in a design discipline is required.
