- Lead process engineering for India wide Beauty projects for new process/product initiatives as well as capacity expansion projects
- Lead the initial process definition and then work with external suppliers to develop detailed design and construction grade design package
- Work with suppliers in India and overseas to use the best value equipment and engineering services to deliver the project objectives
- Ensure technical correctness of the work done internally or externally
- Lead equipment qualification as well as support construction at multiple Beauty sites across India.
