The North American Design Group is searching for Industrial Design students who have a passion for design leadership, creative strategy, and innovation to participate in a cooperative session. The cooperative allows for the opportunity to collaborate with Global Design Managers, Marketers and the R&amp;D team members on a variety of creative projects. Projects will vary based on business unit and discipline, but will be a consistent mixture of &quot;future&quot; explorations and &quot;current&quot; business building program. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are mandatory. Candidates must have an excellent sense for great design and trends and a passion for influencing others on where design can add value.
