The marketing area is the area of management of the brands from P & G. Requires a thorough understanding of the needs, motivations and habits of consumers to develop strategies that lead us to build a strong brand image in the local market. It is a technical assistance in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and advertising, as well as contact with the advertising agencies and external suppliers.
Finance:
Finance is the area that seeks the return for shareholders. We focus on maximizing revenue, cash flow and return on investment in the short and long term. Perspective provides financial and risk analysis for projects and initiatives for investment. Reports of financial results and business implements and evaluates options for investment and financing for our operations. Most important areas: Analysis and Financial Planning, Budget Control, Cost Analysis, Treasury, Internal Controls, Accounting and Corporate Accounting Sales.
Trade Marketing / Commercial (Sales):
The area of Trade Marketing / Sales is a multifunctional area of strategy that aims to successfully deliver the objectives of volume and profit of our brands by working together with each customer and use of common tools of analysis, database, systems logistics and strategic planning. Search our increasing sales, market share and revenue in each of the brands that compete.
Logistics:
The area of logistics manages the flow of product from our factories to customers and distributors, and customers' requests, the storage and transport, and demand for finished product from the amount estimated by its availability on the shelves.
